On/Off charts the consequences of a fatal powercut, where planet Earth has stopped turning and Jonathan Pram has been left on the dark side of the planet. Surrounded by redundant appliances and persisting with a lifestyle gone bankrupt, he goes to extreme lengths to carry on as usual.
